MARY COLLINS

		NAME: Mary Collins
		PLAYED BY: Eve Myles
		EPISODE: The Dragon's Call
		MOTIVATIONS: Personal revenge (Uther executed her son and continues to persecute her kind).
		SPECIAL SKILLS: Magical abilities.
		MAGICAL ABILITIES: Can take on people's appearances (she used a powerful transfiguration stone) and voices, magically puts others to sleep, can kill using an enchanted puppet and teleport (disappear within a gust of wind).
		MAGIC USED: Killed Lady Helen with a puppet, stole her looks and voice. Later killed a maid and stole her voice, put the court to sleep by singing and threw a knife using magic.
		ACCOMPLICES: None.
		THE PLAN: She would put the entire court to sleep and then kill Arthur.
		VILLAIN'S FATE: Merlin uses his magic to cause a chandelier to fall her. Most likely died from internal injuries.

KNIGHT VALIANT

		NAME: Knight Valiant
		PLAYED BY: Will Mellor
		EPISODE: Valiant
		MOTIVATIONS: Greed (win the tournament, possibly gain royal favor).
		SPECIAL SKILLS: Fighting.
		MAGICAL ABILITIES: Has a shield decorated with painted snakes that can be brought to life at his command.
		MAGIC USED: Commands snakes to attack or kill opponents in the tournament.
		ACCOMPLICES: Man who sold him the shield (Valiant kills him with the shield at the beginning of the episode.)
		THE PLAN: To win the tournament by killing knights and Arthur using his shield, also planned to win over Morgana.
		VILLAIN'S FATE: He is killed by Arthur.

NIMUEH

		NAME: Nimueh
		PLAYED BY: Michelle Ryan
		EPISODE: The Mark of Nimueh, The Poisoned Chalice, Excalibur, Le Morte D'Arthur
		MOTIVATIONS: Personal revenge (Uther betrayed her and killed many of her friends and family due to his hatred of magic.
		SPECIAL SKILLS: See magical abilities
		MAGICAL ABILITIES: She's a High Priestess of The Old Religion and she has the abilities: Scrying, summoning mystical creatures, causing magical illness, offering a life for a life.
		MAGIC USED: Scrying, summoning mystical creatures, causing magical illness, offering a life for a life.
		ACCOMPLICES: None
		THE PLAN: To take revenge on Uther in some form.
		VILLAIN'S FATE: She is killed in order to restore the balance of life.

EDWIN

		NAME: Edwin
		PLAYED BY: Julian Rhind-Tutt
		EPISODE: A Remedy to Cure All Ills
		MOTIVATIONS: His parents were killed by Uther and he was scarred by the flames that were burning his parents at the stake. He also hates Gaius for not saving them and many others.
		SPECIAL SKILLS: Lying, magical abilities.
		MAGICAL ABILITIES: He had beetles that could cause illnesses and he could also cast spells.
		MAGIC USED: Made Morgana ill, summoning the elements: creating a circle of flames, using magic to throw an axe.
		ACCOMPLICES: None.
		THE PLAN: To get Gauis fired and then take his revenge by killing Uther.
		VILLAIN'S FATE: Edwin is killed when the axe he threw at Merlin was magically rebounded back at him.

SOPHIA

		NAME: Sophia
		PLAYED BY: Holliday Grainger
		EPISODE: The Gates of Avalon
		MOTIVATIONS: To be readmitted into Avalon.
		SPECIAL SKILLS: Can behave just like a noble woman, has magical abilities.
		MAGICAL ABILITIES: Love spells and she is a Sidhe.
		MAGIC USED: Made Arthur love her, almost sacrificed Arthur's soul.
		ACCOMPLICES: Her father (Aulfric).
		THE PLAN: To make Arthur love her and then sacrifice him to the Sidhe.
		VILLAIN'S FATE: She was killed by Merlin.

AULFRIC

		NAME: Aulfric
		PLAYED BY: Kenneth Cranham
		EPISODE: The Gates of Avalon
		MOTIVATIONS: To return his daughter to Avalon
		SPECIAL SKILLS: Can fit in with the nobles in Camelot.
		MAGICAL ABILITIES: Can send bolts of energy using his staff
		MAGIC USED: Sent a bolt of energy at Merlin.
		ACCOMPLICES: His daughter Sophia.
		THE PLAN: To make Arthur love Sophia and then sacrifice him to the sidhe.
		VILLAIN'S FATE: He is killed by Merlin.

TRISTAN/THE BLACK KNIGHT

		NAME: Tristan
		PLAYED BY: Rick English
		EPISODE: Excalibur
		MOTIVATIONS: He was being controlled by Nimueh.
		SPECIAL SKILLS: Sword fighting.
		MAGICAL ABILITIES: Being undead e.g. not having bodily needs and can only be killed by magic.
		MAGIC USED: None.
		ACCOMPLICES: Nimueh.
		THE PLAN: To kill Arthur or Uther in combat.
		VILLAIN'S FATE: He is killed by Uther using Excalibur.

KANAN

		NAME: Kanan
		PLAYED BY: Alexander Siddig
		EPISODE: The Moment of Truth
		MOTIVATIONS: To gain food from the village.
		SPECIAL SKILLS: Fighting.
		MAGICAL ABILITIES: None.
		MAGIC USED: None.
		ACCOMPLICES: His raiding team.
		THE PLAN: To forcibly remove or to blackmail Ealdor into giving him all their food.
		VILLAIN'S FATE: He is killed by Arthur.

TAUREN

		NAME: Tauren
		PLAYED BY: Cal Macaninch
		EPISODE: To Kill the King
		MOTIVATIONS: He hates Uther.
		SPECIAL SKILLS: Using the Alchemy Stone.
		MAGICAL ABILITIES: Using the Alchemy Stone.
		MAGIC USED: None.
		ACCOMPLICES: Morgana, Gwen's father, some other conspirators.
		THE PLAN: To use Morgana to lure the king out and then to kill him.
		VILLAIN'S FATE: He is killed by Morgana.

ANHORA

		NAME: Anhora
		PLAYED BY: Frank Finlay
		EPISODE: The Labyrinth of Gedref
		MOTIVATIONS: Arthur killed a unicorn.
		SPECIAL SKILLS: Setting tests.
		MAGICAL ABILITIES: Testing people to relieve a unicorn's curse, being immaterial, teleportation.
		MAGIC USED: Teleportation, testing Arthur.
		ACCOMPLICES: None.
		THE PLAN: Test Arthur to see whether he is worthy of having the unicorn's curse removed.
		VILLAIN'S FATE: He removes the curse and then disappears.

MORDRED

		NAME: Mordred
		PLAYED BY: Asa Butterfield
		EPISODE: The Beginning of the End
		MOTIVATIONS: Unknown at this time... although the Great Dragon has warned Merlin that Mordred will kill Arthur and prevent his destiny from being fulfilled.
		SPECIAL SKILLS: Telepathy and other unknown abilities.
		MAGICAL ABILITIES: Telepathy, other magical abilities yet unknown, (although his power seems great; In The Beginning of the End, he shattered glass around him when he felt great emotion)
		MAGIC USED: Telepathy (to Merlin and Morganna)
		ACCOMPLICES: He was the son of a Druid who was executed.
		THE PLAN: Unknown.
		VILLAIN'S FATE: He fled from Camelot with the help of Merlin, Arthur, Morgana and Gwen to join the Druids again. He tells before he leaves, "I know that someday, we will meet again."
