It had been another long and rather boring day. As much as Arthur was glad that Camelot was going through a time of peace, he found it rather dull. He wanted some excitement. He need a challenge, he needed some fun! At times like this, there was only one thing to do. "Merlin!"
Arthur waited impatiently for his manservant to appear. "Merlin!" Still no sign of him. Arthur sighed. It seemed he was going to have to go look for his idle servant, not for the first time. He guessed that Merlin was either running errands for Gaius or chatting with Guinevere.
Arthur felt a stab of jealously. That surprised him. He knew Guinvere was a kind, sweet young woman, and he certainly considered her a friend, but that was all...wasn't it? Only a few short months ago, she was just another servant. Then came the fateful day in Ealdor, and she had sudden gone from beneath his notice to being a comrade.
What was the matter with him? Arthur quickly tried to think of something else to get her out of his thoughts. He had to find Merlin, and when he did...well, he was going to have to learn where his priorities lay.

Arthur seemed to keep eyes on Adelaide and the door. For some reason he was just waiting for a servant to bust through the doors telling him to come quick to his father's chambers. He just hoped his father would be alright, he had to be. He was Uther, King of Camelot, all courageous and never scared. At least in Arthur's eyes that who he was. Arthur then shook his head to Adelaide.
"No... I'm sorry I do not recall that name. Of course, I was nothing but a child I'm sure." Arthur said with a simple smirk to her. It was a beautiful name on a beautiful girl.
"Where do you hail from Adelaide? So I might write a letter so as to not worry your people, and they can come and get you." Arthur asked as his eyes peered over at the door. Though it was a much needed time away from his father, he wanted nothing more then to go back to him, sit with him until he woke up. Until he was able enough to speak clearly about what really happened. There had to be someone who had magic, there couldn't have been just a normal person overtaking the Knights and the King. Not unless they had help.
Arthur shook his head in frustration thinking about the 'what ifs'. He walked over to the table in the room which held some fine wine and poured him a glass. Usually he wasn't much for drinking but he needed something to calm him just a bit. He poured him a glass slowly and turned to the two ladies in the room.
"Would any of you like a glass as well?" He asked nicely but his tone was masked with exhaustion.

I think the series is hinting at a relationship between these two. That would make for some interesting subject matter. I know that the folklore has these two as sisters. But Gwen was also not a Hispanic maid, so I guess anything goes.

I think the reason that Uther wanted Morgause dead was because maybe her father Gorlois had an affair with another woman- and Uther being his buddy and all wanted the proof of his infidelity covered up. But then Gaius being the softy that he is maybe knew Morgause's mother (because she would have to be magical, and Gaius practiced magic) and thats why he helped Morgause out of Camelot. That still doesn't explain why Morgana has magic though... Hmm..
I know this convo isn't about Mordred, but I have a really strong feeling that he is Morgause's son! If you think about it, Morgause and her had this instant connection thing going on as soon as they met (because they are half sisters) and Morgana and Mordred also had this instant connection going on (because they are nephew and aunt). Also Morgana was quite obsessive and mothering to him the whole time, this would explain why. It also explains why Mordred has magic and who his parents (one of them at least) are.

if you type in google, Merlin tv show, this websie pops up like it should but why it says...
We are a Merlin TV show Fansite, for the NBC and SYFY TV series Merlin!
Erm...ok but where is the words BBC? Merlin is a BBC One show. So I really think it needs to be updated with the BBC on the outside words as Merlin was made for the BBC not NBC or SYFY (what ever they are) so can we please have it changed to something like... This is a website for the BBC drama Merlin
that would be better as I am very sure Merlin is shown in other places other than the UK and the US and as you can't name every single channel in the world where Merlin is played I think we should just mention the BBC (as they made Merlin) and add Shine as that's the group who made it

SYFY is american but what about the channel in demark that shows Merlin? why can't that be up America may be big but its not the only country in the world and really it should only be Shine and BBC that's mentioned as adding all the countrys in the world will take up the full google page

Ygraine will make an appearance in The Tears of Uther Pendragon. Alice Patten, who played Uther's dead wife in "The Sins of the Father", makes a return appearance in the Season 3 opener. Will she be a ghost, just like the little boy? Or is there more going on here? Let us know!

Merlin uses the hat to try to "entice" one of Camelot's critters back into the barn. Merlin discovers that bulls have an innate dislike for the color red ... and the tickly feel of feathers.

1. Great setting.
2. New actors.
3. Characters and the friendship plot.
4. The magic.
5. Special effects.
6. Message on morality.
I just hope that I was able to convince some of you to watch this show, and excite you somewhat as deep as I am excited about it. Enjoy this TV serious with a simplistic heart and it will take you on a great journey! Can't wait merlin season 3 come out.

Not sure if you all have heard, but there is going to be a Merlin Season 3 (2010)!
"Anthony Head confirmed in Merlin Secrets and Magic - A Family Affair that as far as he knows there will be a series 3. The third series of Merlin is expected to be available in high-definition in line with the BBC's stated policy of moving all television production to HD by 2010."

This thought occurred to me while posting in the "was Merlin justified in poisoning Morgana" thread. If Morgause was successful in killing Uther and Arthur died at the hands of the Medhir Knights, who then would assume the throne of Camelot?
I would think that the daughters of Igraine would, at least, be contenders -- i.e. Morgause & Morgana. What do you think?

Well,I would of thought Morgana would of been next in line if she didn't turn evil.Maybe thats what happens in the first episode of season 3:Her and Morgause want to rule Camelot?I don't know,but I know that if Gwen and Arhtur had a baby (awww how cute of a baby would that be :D) then they would be next in line.And if they stuck to the legend a bit more the heir would of been Mordred,or maybe even Morgause.
