OK, you don't need the pictures button - I have it but never use it. What you have to do is if your picture is on the internet then click and drag off the screen off your window so it appears as a folder, if it is in an image folder of just a normal folder then just do the same. Then, get the page open on which you wish to place the image, position the typing tool(this isn't a neccerity but it helps) and simply drag the photo(represented as a folder) on to your web page.
